Terms and conditions of sale

1. Seller identification
La boutique d’Alex is operated by Madame Alexandra Auger-Borde, registered under number SIREN 919 567 883. These terms apply to all sales concluded on the site with this seller. For any question about these terms, write to us via the contact page.
2. Purpose
These terms govern orders placed on La boutique d’Alex, an online shop of handmade creations: illustrated posters of Marseille and the calanques, and hand-painted pots and plant pots. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms.
3. Products
Each piece is presented with a description and photographs as faithful as possible. Hand-painted pots are handmade pieces: slight variations in colour or line compared with the pictures are part of their unique character and are not a defect.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included (French VAT applicable). Delivery costs, where applicable, are shown before the order is confirmed. The shop may change its prices at any time; the price charged is the one displayed when the order is placed.
5. Order and payment
The order is confirmed after secure payment, made online by bank card or with the payment methods offered at checkout. The order is only final once payment has been confirmed.
6. Delivery
Preparation and delivery times are given as estimates when ordering. Some bulky or framed pieces may be subject to specific delivery conditions, stated on their product page.
7. Right of withdrawal and returns
In accordance with the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, except for personalised pieces or pieces made to order, which can be neither returned nor exchanged. Returns must be made in the original packaging, in perfect condition.
